Leased vehicle can be driven by person who has no less than 3(three) years of driving experience.

Tenant, who has committed traffic or other violations of the lease, bears full responsibility for the car and after returning.

Payment:

Day is started to count from the date stated in assignment-acceptance certificate.
The contract comes into force after Tenant pays advance of 500 Lt. In this way Tenant contracts not to assign the vehicle to other person or use it in any other way during the period of the contract
The rental price includes CASCO insurance.

Order of assignment-acceptance and use of the vehicle

Assignment of prepared for exploitation vehicle is executed after Tenant pays the whole price of lease and 1000,00 Eu franchise payment (if Tenant is younger than 25 years old and has less than 5 years driving experience, franchise payment is 1500,00 Eu). At the time of assignment of the vehicle Lessor and Tenant sign assignment-acceptance certificate which is concurrent to this contract.

Tenant pays fine equal to payment of lease for one day for being 2 (two) hours late.

Transferred to the Lessor for the rental car the full amount of the sum until the start of hire at least 15 days.

Tenant is allowed to go abroad with the vehicle. Lessor must give the Tenant green card (civil responsibility insurance).

Tenant must assure that the country of his visit is on the list of green card (civil responsibility insurance). Otherwise Tenant must insure on his own costs before coming to the country.

Level of oil and fuel, pressure in tyres must be checked by the Tenant every time when fuel is filled or starting new day.

Lessor gives vehicle to Tenant with full fuel tank and technically ordered.
